SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING & TRACKING

All Justinthe50s Online Orders are shipped via USPS.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (season items) or 5-10 business days (collaborations, pre-order, etc) of being placed and are delivered within 5-7 business days*.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing USPS tracking information.

Please note, we do not currently offer options for Saturday Delivery. USPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 30 days of ship date.

All sale items, headwear and accessories are considered final sale and not eligible for returns.

Return items must be in same as new condition. Justinthe50s reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items.

Damaged/ defective products must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Email customersupport@justinthe50s.com for a prepaid return shipping label.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, but shipping is free for returns within the US. Although Justinthe50s covers the return shipping charges, there is a $5 restocking fee on each order returned. Thank you for understanding and sorry ahead of time for any inconveniences.
